I had a problem where my download wasn’t showing up right after I paid, which was frustrating!! I reached out to support and they did get back to me, just not exactly fast... The person I talked to was polite and ended up fixing it, so I definitely appreciate that!!! I did have to explain the same thing twice though, which was a little annoying?? Overall, not bad, but not amazing either. Support was helpful in the end, I just wish the response time was better!!!

I appreciate that they send me stuff I actually care about instead of flooding my inbox with random spam. It feels like basic respect for people’s time, which shouldn’t be rare, but it is. Nice experience overall

The usage terms were, like, really clear, so I didn’t have to sit there guessing what I could or couldn’t do. It was just, you know, straightforward and easy to follow.

I mostly use Traxsource to download tracks after I buy them, and it’s been solid for me... Downloads usually start up quickly, and I don’t have to fuss with anything too much. I did have one time where a download got stuck, but I tried again and it worked fine. Not perfect, but overall it does what I need

Traxsource is decent overall, but I’ve got to admit the download speeds have been disappointing. Sometimes tracks download quickly, and then other times it slows to a crawl for no obvious reason. I did get my files in the end, so it’s not a total dealbreaker, but in 2026 I kind of expected the whole process to feel smoother. Giving it 3 stars because it works, just not as consistently or quickly as I’d like.

It does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much there. But it’s kind of slow, and waiting in the queue gets frustrating after a while. If they sped things up a bit, it would be a much better experience

If you’re into house music, this is definitely worth keeping an eye on. New releases usually show up really fast, and I’ve found fresh tracks here before seeing them on a lot of other sites. It’s one of those places I’d recommend checking regularly if you like staying ahead of what’s new.

Managing my account was quick and hassle-free. I was able to update what I needed without any confusion, and the confirmation email/receipt came through right away, which was nice for keeping track of everything.

It took about a day or so for them to get back to me, so I’m guessing they might’ve been a little backed up, but I don’t know for sure. In the end, they offered me store credit instead, which was totally fine with me. Not the fastest response ever, but it felt fair and everything worked out.

I wanted to like browsing Traxsource because the music selection seems solid, but actually using the site got annoying fast. The menus felt cluttered, and I kept clicking into places I didn’t mean to go. Search wasn’t much better either, since sorting results felt harder than it should, and getting back to what I was just looking at was a hassle. Maybe the tracks are great, but from my experience, the navigation makes it feel like too much work to stick around

I was kind of in a rush, but paying on Traxsource was no problem at all. They had the payment method I normally use, and checkout was quick enough that I didn’t have to waste time messing around. Smooth experience overall.
